Man declared wanted after making off with N45m sent to his account mistakenly

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has declared a man wanted after he withdrew and made off with N45m which was mistakenly paid into his account'
The man whose picture has been shared all over the country, is Jerry Ogbonna Obike Phillip, and is still very much at large.
Read the EFCC press statement below:

"The public is hereby notified that Jerry Ogbonna Obike Phillip, whose photograph appears below, is wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in a case of stealing. Phillip allegedly withdrew the sum of N45, 000,000.00 (Forty Five million naira) which was mistakenly credited into his account in a new generation bank by the Central Bank of Nigeria before the money could be reversed to its rightful owner"

14yr old boy arrested by police in Texas after his homemade clock was mistaken for a bomb

There is a strong and angry reaction to this on social media with the hashtag #IStandwithAhmed. 14 year old Ahmed Mohamed was arrested after he'd made a clock at home and brought it into MacArthur High School in Irving to show his engineering teacher who congratulated him. Another teacher who heard it's beeping sound during class, saw it and believed it looked like a bomb, alerted school authorities who called the police.
