A Nigerian woman was reportedly set upon and brutalised seriously by some men of the Army early this morning in Port Harcourt, the capital of Rivers State.
Though the immediate cause of the beating was not known, the woman who
is allegedly from Akwa Ibom State, must have offended the soldiers who
descended on her and beat her blue black, leaving her with severe marks from their 'koboko', horse whips.
"But whatever offence she must have committed, should the military men
take laws into their hands and brutalize a woman this way?
