Chinese Bride left in coma after groomsmen who threw her into the air failed to catch her

A happy wedding about to happen turned out to be an shocking unexpected tragedy for a Chinese family after the bride was left unconscious by a prank that went wrong. Here's what happened. 
'The bride arrived at the hotel to meet the groom for the wedding banquet. Several groomsmen were sent to welcome her at the front gate. Wedding shenanigans are usually expected at this point according to Chinese traditions, so the groomsmen picked up the bride and threw her into the air, pretending to scare her.
The twist however was that they failed to catch the bride when she fell. She landed on the ground headfirst and was knocked into a coma. Her panic-stricken family members immediately called the police for help.'
She was treated in the hospital for a few days and is now in a stable condition.

26 year old Jeffrey Ortega wants his size 16 foot amputated after it swelled due to a genetic condition which leaves him in constant pain and unable to walk. Jeffery, who relies on a wheelchair to move around, was born with Proteus Syndrome, a rare condition that causes bones, skin and tissue overgrowth. The condition has also affected his hands, hips and legs.
