In China Man stay fit by walking 200m every day wearing a pair of 70 kg stone shoes

 
We all know a lot of exercises work differently for different people from brisk walking, jogging, running, weight lighting, squats and many more.
However, for 55-yrs-old Huang Baoquan living in a small village outside Sichuan in China , a pair of 70kg stone shoes and walk around in them every day is all he does to improve his body's overall health. more photos...



 
According to shanghaiist reports, Huang mother claimed her son has been doing this exercise daily for the past 30 years,
He owes his impressive physique to his daily exercise routine of putting on 70 kg sneakers and goes for a nice 200 meter walk while wearing the weighted training footwear.
